Article 1. General:

P’ure Papayacare supplies to Businesses and Consumers in the Netherlands and abroad. These conditions, in accordance with the Model Code of Conduct for Electronic Business Electronic Commerce Platform Netherlands (ECP.NL) apply to all articles in the online shop of P’ure Papayacare and by placing an order at our online shop or by email you will automatically accept the following terms and conditions:

Article 2. Pricing:
All the prices quoted in this online shop are in EURO’s, inclusive of VAT and are exclusive of Postage and Packaging charges. The VAT is not applicable for orders from outside the EU and will be deducted from the price at the checkout. We reserve the right to change any price before accepting an order. You will be notified of such changes by email and a right to cancel your order. A full refund will be given to products ordered if we do not have them in stock at that moment.

Article 3. Payment:
P’ure Papayacare accepts payments by Mastercard, Paypal, IDEAL and payments in advance on our account. All credit card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and P’ure Papayacare cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from refusal of your card issuer to pay us. Payments by bank transfer to our account should be made to P’ure Papayacare, ABN-AMRO Bank account number; NL02 ABNA 0584 7164 27 in Rotterdam quoting your order number.

Article 4. Delivery time and costs:
Articles ordered by you will be sent to you as quickly as possible, subject to availability, by DPD, within five business days, after receipt of payment. If P’ure Papayacare cannot deliver the products within 30 days from the receipt of the payment, the customer has the right to dissolve the agreement in writing. P’ure Papayacare will then refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The Postage & Packaging charges depend on the chosen delivery method and the weight of the order.

Article 5. Return policy:
After the purchase, the customer has a right to cancel the order within 30 days from the receipt of their order without any reason.
5.1 Any cancellations within the 14-day period should be communicated in writing to The product(s) should be sent, unused and in the original package to the return address of your invoice. P’ure Papayacare does not accept returns of products that have been used or damaged. In this case the costs of returns are for the customer. After P’ure Papayacare has received the returned product(s), your full purchase price as per the invoice, will be refunded to your preferred account within 14 days. P’ure Papayacare does not accept returns of sample size products.

Article 6. Color representation:
We have tried to get as close to the natural color representation as we can. However, please keep in mind that all monitors and printers are different and may not show you the exact color.

Article 7. Conformity:
The customer should check that the order is correct immediately after receipt of the package. Any incorrect or missing products should be reported, in writing, to within two days of the receipt.
Complaints concerning visible defects an d/or non-delivery in accordance with the order confirmation must be communicated within 48 hours after delivery in writing. After this period, P’ure Papayacare will not accept returns, except as provided in Article 5.

Article 8. Retention of Title:
Delivered goods will remain property of P’ure Papayacare until all the deliveries made under the agreement, including interest and costs, have been paid for by the customer.
If P’ure Papayacare invokes the right of retention of title, the relevant agreement in this connection shall be regarded as having been terminated, without prejudice to the right of P’ure Papayacare to demand damage compensation, loss of profits, and interest.

Article 9. Liability:
If P’ure Papayacare is found liable for any damages, the liability is limited to the value of the invoice amount only. P’ure Papayacare is only liable for direct damage. Direct damage is defined as follows:
– The reasonable costs to determine the cause and extent of injury;
– Any reasonable expenses incurred for the poor performance of P’ure Papayacare to conform to the Agreement;
– Reasonable costs incurred to prevent or mitigate damage, insofar as P’ure Papayacare demonstrates that these costs have led to the limitation of direct damage as referred to in this article
P’ure Papayacare excludes all liability for indirect damage suffered by the use of the Products supplied by us.
P’ure Papayacare cannot accept responsibility for situations where users of the products a have a possible allergic reaction to the products.

Article 10. Applicable Law:
To all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply, including these terms and conditions, only Dutch law is applicable.
The customer and P’ure Papayacare shall attempt to settle any disagreements mutually. In case of unsolved disagreements, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where P’ure Papayacare has it’s registered office.
